Hello from the left coast of California! We were on staff at a church for 12 years as worship pastor and children's director. We now make tools (CDs, DVD Tracks, Motions DVDs, Curriculum) that help "Grow Kids Into Big Worshipers Of God". Please stop by and check it out. Thanks!

I'm so excited about coming down again I have not been down under since 1993 soooooo it's been too long. Yes I'm looking forward to hanging out with everyone.
thanks for saying hi,

Hi Me again, I was just reading your profile and aboput your church and how you are trying to get a different atmospher. Let me tell you it does not take 10 years. I was in a baptist church that was traditional as, beleive me all it took was a visit from a Spirit filled man a Pastor who was open to change and willing hearts and it was just about overnight. With the Holy Spirit all it takes is a few hungry hearts. Get your team together see where they stand in terms of the Spitit andif they are with you use HIm. If they are not as them to get on board or stay on the dock. You don't want to have a mill stone draggining you down when you are trying to raise the children up. I see you work with all ages, well use that to the Lords advantage, Find the hungry find those who want to be in the will of God and Let the Lord do the rest. BUT your team need to start on their knees you need to be a rope that is inter linked and braided together one pupose one goal. For single strings are easiely broken. God can turn a church in a day if there is on accord. It also starts with your senior pastor of the church. What is his vision how does he see the children? Does he see them as future bench warmers or does he see them as future leaders and worriors for the Lord?
Have a great and blessed day.

I run a small kids church which is in a transition stage. I'm trying to change the culture of the kids church to one of worship, prayer & reliance on the Holy Spirit. I've been told it takes 10 years to shift a culture so I've got a few years to go...been at it for 4 years now :)
