Great question! I think one way is to challenge kids to do their best but don't make a big deal out of failure. Always make the point that the only ones who don't fail are the ones who never try. Make "playing it safe" the problem, not failure. I ...

Thanks for the Essentialz event. It was a real blessing. Always great to see you and your team at work. I got lots of good feedback already.
Hi!!
Wanted to let you know that our kids enjoyed Kidzblitz at Mt View Baptist in Hickory NC. I am the one that you said was getting "poofed" and didn't do anything to deserve it. Yeah, the one that the kids had my named spelled out, yea thats me P-I-P-E-R ......Well......... I have a confession to make. We attended a Kidzblitz event several years back and our kids started chanting BENNY! BENNY! BENNY!..... and there he was called on stage to participate in the "Doughnut Eating Contest". Which he has never forgotten. I guess eating a two week old chocolate covered doughnut was not his idea of "funny"! The rest of our group did. I guess I really did deserve getting "poofed" after all????
Thanks for a great event to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with children of all ages.
